All SugarHi Boca treats are baked to order and heat-sealed immediately to lock in moisture. We use insulated packaging and expedited shipping to ensure they arrive at your door tasting oven-fresh.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cookies and brownies. Please check the 'Dietary Friendly' section of our menu for current availability.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days prior to your event to account for any potential carrier delays.
Do you provide catering for large events or corporate gifting?
We specialize in custom dessert platters and branded corporate gift boxes. For orders exceeding 5 dozen items, please contact our events team via the 'Catering' page for bulk pricing.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, SugarHi Boca ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the quality and safety of our perishable items.
